Making A Debut: Marcus Brigstocke, Rob Brydon, Lee Mack, Victor Spinetti. Commentary: After making few appearances in the previous season, Paul appears in all shows, as does Clement. This was the first time since 1972-3 that two performers had done every show in a radio season. But it meant several of the regulars and semi-regulars didn't appear at all. Graham Norton missed a season for the first time since 1998, Linda Smith for the first time since 1999, Ross Noble since 1999-2000, and Kit Hesketh-Harvey since 2001.The shows were generally good though with the Paul-Clement combo getting good backup in most shows. 610/45/1 Click here for transcript Broadcast date: 12 July 2004.
